This presentation stores the details submitted through the booking flow so the appointment can appear in the demonstration dashboards: name, mobile number, email address, patient type, optional reason for visit, selected service, dentist, schedule, and demo payment method.

Purpose

OptrizoHealth Dental is fictional. Submitted information is used only to demonstrate appointment processing and staff visibility.

Access controls

Public visitors cannot browse appointment records. Demonstration administrators can view the clinic appointment list, while demonstration dentists can view only records assigned to them.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not enter actual medical, financial, or confidential patient information. No real payment credentials are requested or collected.
